Positions We Staff

Housekeeping Lead —

  • Supervise and manage all housekeeping personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues, discrepancies, or damages in guest rooms.
  • Ensure unit cleaners are using the correct cleaning supplies and equipment in line with health and safety guidelines.
  • Plan, assign, and schedule housekeeping tasks to ensure optimal workflow and coverage.

Inspector —

  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest units prior to guest check-ins to ensure all cleanliness standards are met.
  • Perform detailed unit inventory control to ensure items are stocked correctly and appropriately maintained.
  • Report any required repairs or discrepancies found within guest rooms to the appropriate team for action.
  • Verify that housekeeping staff are utilizing proper cleaning supplies and equipment as per established guidelines.

Unit Cleaner —

  • Conduct thorough cleaning of guest units prior to guest check-ins to ensure all cleanliness standards are met.
  • Perform detailed unit inventory control to ensure items are stocked correctly and appropriately maintained.
  • Report any required repairs or discrepancies found within guest rooms to the appropriate team for action.
  • Use proper cleaning supplies and equipment as per established guidelines.

Houseman / Runners / Common Areas —

  • Deliver and retrieve clean linens and amenities for guest rooms and public areas in a timely manner.
  • When possible, strip down guest units after checkout, preparing them for cleaning and restocking.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all common areas of the property, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
  • Restock common area bathrooms with necessary supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels, etc.).

Deep Clean Housekeeper —

  • Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of guest units beyond standard turnover procedures, including detailed cleaning of appliances, furniture, fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas.
  • Address long-term buildup, stains, or wear to maintain the unit's overall condition and extend the life of property assets.
  • Ensure all deep cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with property standards and scheduled maintenance plans.
  • Collaborate with inspectors and maintenance teams for a coordinated property care approach.

Maintenance —

  • Perform regular checks and preventative tasks to keep HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems functioning smoothly.
  • Address maintenance requests promptly, including fixing broken furniture, plumbing, electrical issues, and more.
  • Respond immediately to urgent issues like plumbing leaks, power outages, or equipment malfunctions.
  • Handle guest maintenance inquiries, such as room adjustments, fixture repairs, or equipment fixes.
