Better Choice Services ("Better Choice", "we") is a staffing company based in Orlando, Florida that provides hospitality and commercial cleaning personnel. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

• Contact details you send through our quote form: name, email, phone, service of interest and message.
• Application and employment data from job applicants and staff: identity and contact data, work history, position, assigned property, payroll and attendance information, and documents you choose to upload.
• Technical data from the website: IP address, browser, pages visited and interaction data, collected through cookies only if you accept them (see Cookie Settings).

3. How we use it

• To answer quote requests and provide our staffing services.
• To evaluate applicants, hire, schedule, pay and manage our staff.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with client properties where a worker is placed (as needed for that assignment), service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, payroll, analytics if you consent), and authorities when the law requires it.

Our services are not directed to people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
